Sephora is seeking a dynamic Beauty Advisor for its Bari Casamassima location. This part-time role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and supporting store operations. Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized consultations.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Contribute to achieving store objectives, adapting to strategic changes.
- Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant or Beauty Consultant.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
