Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert consultations, sharing product knowledge, and offering makeup services.
- Adhere to hygiene standards and regulations.
- Implement gift-wrapping and product trial initiatives in-store.
- Maintain high standards of grooming and uniform to welcome customers.
- Utilize link, up, and cross-selling techniques to exceed customer expectations and meet sales targets.
- Understand and achieve daily and monthly sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Complete Sephora University’s basic training and examinations.
- Participate in brand and area training to enhance product knowledge.
- Support team members by sharing best practices and participating in in-store training.
- Manage merchandising presentations and ensure timely replenishment in designated zones.
- Maintain cleanliness of gondolas and drawers, and protect company assets.
- Attend training to become a certified cashier and handle transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Support stock management by assisting with product receiving, transfers, and inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and a tidy stock room.
