Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert consultations, sharing product knowledge, and offering makeup services.
- Adhere to hygiene regulations and implement in-store gift-wrapping and product trials.
- Achieve sales targets and enhance conversion rates through effective sales techniques such as link, up, and cross-selling.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University’s basic training and brand-specific training programs.
- Maintain merchandising presentations and ensure cleanliness in assigned zones.
- Handle cashier duties following company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction at the point of sale.
- Support stock management by participating in inventory activities and maintaining a clean stock room.
