Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and regimen building.
- Stay current on beauty trends, launches and brand offerings to maintain relevant, informed client advice.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through conversion, basket-building and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised and on-brand sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to learn and share expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Team-player who thrives in a goal-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
Entry-level position; prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
