Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, current advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs and participating in promotions and conversion strategies.
  • Support merchandising and inventory activities to ensure a neat, well-stocked and compliant sales floor.
  • Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment and adhere to company policies to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift requirement.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build relationships in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused setting.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable coaching and advising clients.
  • Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with colleagues and clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.

Experience
