Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
  • Maintain visual standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand collaborations to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.

Experience
