Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide personalised product advice and convert consultations into sales to achieve store targets.
- Recommend Sephora products and services tailored to client needs, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Create an exceptional in-store experience through personalised service, demonstrations and beauty rituals.
- Support store commercial initiatives, promotional events and internal sales challenges.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to brand standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale, handle transactions and ensure accuracy of sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service orientation with attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanour.
- Commercial mindset with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
- Energetic, responsive team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability for a 35-hour fixed-term contract (CDD) with flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts.
- Willingness to learn product ranges and participate in training to develop beauty expertise.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for beauty products and client service is essential.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avignon, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Marseille.
