Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Aventura, FL. Deliver beauty consultations, drive sales, and earn $18–$20.50/hr with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through effective client engagement and conversion
- Maintain store organization, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications
