The Beauty Advisor welcomes Sephora clients, provides tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, and supports sales, inventory, merchandising, and store standards. This permanent, part-time role requires 15–29 hours per week, availability for peak periods including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable attendance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, and be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team player.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Beginner-level experience; previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
