Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding key performance indicators and driving revenue growth
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment
