Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required weekly shift commitments.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-to-one and in small groups.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet scheduled shift minimums.
