Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive individual and store sales performance, meeting KPIs and conversion targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a well-presented selling floor.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organised and welcoming in line with brand standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and participating in training.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure shopping experience for clients and staff.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet the minimum weekly shift requirement.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and convey product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain active, on-floor retail duties.

Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrable ability to build client rapport and meet sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
