Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client, creating memorable in-store experiences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build confidence.
- Stay current on beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales goals.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and inviting environment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Maintain flexible availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly hours for the role.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented environments.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Entry-level: previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred but not required; demonstrated customer service aptitude is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
