Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.

Skills

Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.
