Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower them in their beauty journey
- Monitor and share knowledge of the latest beauty products, techniques, and market trends to deliver relevant, current advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining exceptional service standards
