Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations meeting each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty products, techniques, and industry trends
- Stay current with the latest beauty innovations and trends to provide relevant, timely advice and drive repeat clientele
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through exceptional service and consultative selling
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
