Role & Responsibilities
- Create welcoming environments and memorable customer experiences by listening to unique needs and providing personalized beauty recommendations
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of iconic brands, fragrance, makeup, and skincare to help customers discover products and features
- Educate customers on Sephora's CRM program benefits and drive program enrollment
- Maintain store appearance and stock levels to reflect operational standards and brand excellence
- Contribute to sales targets and support special events, promotions, and store-driven priorities
- Participate in in-store beauty expert training and cross-training initiatives to develop product and sales expertise
- Share knowledge with Beauty Advisor team members and support a collaborative learning environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or sales experience
- Deep knowledge of beauty, fragrance, makeup, and skincare trends and products
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and variable schedules
