Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations to empower confident purchasing decisions
- Monitor and apply emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide current and relevant recommendations
- Drive sales performance by exceeding individual sales goals and contributing to store-level key performance indicators
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising execution, and ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
- Cultivate a culture of inclusion and teamwork by supporting colleagues and promoting psychological safety across the sales floor
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a secure, enjoyable, and compliant shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
