Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and usage to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, innovations, and new product launches to deliver timely and relevant advice
- Exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining authentic client relationships
- Support inventory management, product merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
