Sephora Beauty Advisor - Flex (Part-Time) in Atlanta, GA. Hourly position with flexible scheduling, $18–$20.50/hr. Sales and client consultation role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, new product launches, and relevant techniques to maintain customer engagement and drive repeat visits
- Execute sales targets and key performance indicators whilst supporting a goal-oriented retail environment
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Actively contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork that empowers colleagues and celebrates diverse perspectives
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
