Sephora Atlanta (Cumberland Mall) seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $18–$20.50; deliver personalized client consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to keep client advice relevant.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and comfort working to sales targets.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended shifts.

Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality experience that demonstrates strong client service and sales aptitude is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
