Sephora Buckhead (Atlanta) seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Proactively keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to inform recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow‑up.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive store culture that reflects Sephora’s values of belonging and respect.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
- Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
Qualifications
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred; demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
- Authentic passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and punctual attendance.
- Ability to learn quickly and convey product knowledge clearly to diverse clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for stock and merchandising tasks.

Experience
Entry‑level. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong client service aptitude and a capacity to learn product knowledge quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
