Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and effective merchandising.
- Maintain an inviting retail environment by supporting inventory management, visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to Sephora policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for beauty and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine store tasks.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance with availability for peak retail hours and required minimum weekly shifts.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
