Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey.
  • Stay current with beauty product launches, techniques and industry trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and foster strong client relationships.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure and positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

Experience
