Sephora (Buckhead, Atlanta) is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor. Join the team — $18–$23/hr; hourly role focused on client consultations and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build confidence in their choices.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
  • Monitor beauty trends and new product launches to provide current, relevant advice and maintain client loyalty.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements; be available for retail peak hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift thresholds.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and cultivate customer relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong consultative selling capability.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform routine retail tasks.

Experience
