Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Stay informed on emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and brand innovations to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling approaches
- Support inventory management, merchandise presentation, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging among team members
