Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Arroyomolinos, Spain (Temporary) — part-time role for a customer-focused beauty professional with at least 1 yearexperience and fluent English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and product advice across fragrance, makeup, skincare and haircare categories.
  • Drive sales through clienteling, product demonstrations, sampling and tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in initial onboarding and continual training programmes to deepen product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Support store projects and local retail initiatives, contributing to a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
  • Clear customer-service orientation with proven experience engaging and advising clients.
  • Fluent spoken English (essential); additional languages are a plus.
  • Residence within the province of the vacancy and legal eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
