Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to ensure relevant and current advice
- Exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement
- Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, welcoming store environment
