Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to enhance client confidence and drive conversion.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skin care, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain currency with beauty trends, application techniques and new launches to provide relevant, expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and conversion strategies.
- Support inventory control, merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and on-brand store environment.
- Uphold Sephora operational standards and policies to create a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications
