Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Arezzo, Italy — part-time, fixed-term role focused on personalised consultations, sales and in-store support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, memorable in-store experience by welcoming customers, listening to needs and providing tailored product advice and demonstrations.
- Perform consultative sales to convert visits into purchases while maximising basket value and client satisfaction.
- Support store leadership and specialist colleagues with daily operational activities and execution of promotional plans.
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and KPIs, adapting to new strategies and action plans from management.
- Manage stockroom organisation, replenishment and incoming deliveries to ensure product availability and visual standards.
- Foster a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in trainings and apply learnings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or beauty advisory experience preferred (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant); entry-level candidates considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer-focus with demonstrable consultative selling capability.
- Familiarity with basic retail KPIs and sales metrics.
- Fluent in Italian; good command of English required, French is a plus.
- Flexible, dynamic and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or beauty advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and familiarity with retail sales metrics. Entry-level applicants with relevant motivation and potential will be considered.

High school diploma (or equivalent).
