Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise by educating clients on beauty products, techniques, and trends
• Stay current with emerging beauty trends, seasonal collections, and new product launches to provide relevant and authoritative guidance
• Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators set by management
• Maintain store aesthetic and organization through inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Foster an inclusive team culture that celebrates diversity and empowers both colleagues and clients
• Uphold Sephora standards by enforcing company policies and contributing to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
• Support flexible scheduling requirements by meeting minimum weekly shift hours and remaining available during peak retail operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in goal-oriented, inclusive team environments
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and apply complex product knowledge efficiently
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

Entry-level retail, hospitality, or client-service experience is preferred but not required; beginners with a strong passion for beauty and demonstrated customer service aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; beauty certification or cosmetics training is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
