Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess needs and provide personalised product advice and demonstrations to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and promoting Sephora products and services.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience consistent with Sephora standards, creating moments of discovery and delight.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to support traffic and revenue objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to uphold brand image and operational readiness.
- Follow training curriculum with EMA SUP and apply learnings on the shop floor to obtain the professional certification.
Qualifications
- Eligible for an alternance / apprenticeship (Contrat d'alternance / professionalisation).
- Minimum Bac+2 (French equivalent) or currently enrolled in a qualifying programme.
- Strong interpersonal skills, commercial orientation and a genuine interest in cosmetics and beauty trends.
- Customer-service mindset, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Entry-level role suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; prior retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) or equivalent; enrolled in or eligible for a professional certification via alternance (EMA SUP).
