Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and drive confidence.
  • Demonstrate and maintain product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through active clienteling and upsell techniques.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Work collaboratively within the store team to foster an inclusive, customer‑focused environment and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous client‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service industry with a track record of delivering excellent service.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to meet minimum weekly shifts.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties for extended periods.
