Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product applications
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, products, and innovations to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Support achievement of sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store inventory, merchandising displays, and overall cleanliness and organization of the sales environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork within the store environment
- Uphold Sephora brand standards, policies, and safety protocols to ensure a secure and welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain flexible availability, including peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
