Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and usage.
- Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to maintain relevancy in client conversations.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store KPIs through proactive clienteling and upselling.
- Support store operations including inventory handling, merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organised sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, to meet peak retail demand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail duties.
