Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, advising customers on suitable products.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and in-store training sessions.
- Prepare product displays in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (2 days off per week, 8-hour shifts).
