The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. This is a part-time, flex position with non-guaranteed hours of 4–14 per week; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Help foster an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
