Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor and Esthetician for Benefit in Basel on a temporary contract at 60%, from January to March 2027. The role supports sales targets and Benefit Brow Bar development, advises customers, demonstrates and sells products, performs eyebrow and lip hair removal, and maintains the sales counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing a Benefit Brow Bar at a Sephora store in Basel.
- Work toward sales targets set by the supervisor.
- Discuss progress toward sales targets regularly with store managers.
- Represent Benefit’s values at the sales counter through a positive, dynamic attitude.
- Demonstrate and sell products.
- Perform eyebrow and lip hair removal using wax and tweezers.
- Actively maintain the sales counter.
