Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on application, education and tailored advice.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant guidance.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI targets through proactive clienteling and conversion-focused selling.
- Support inventory processes and visual merchandising to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred with demonstrated customer-service ability.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving collective sales results.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
Entry-level role; demonstrated customer service and client relationship skills required. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
