Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through comprehensive product demonstrations and shared expertise
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators as established by management
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
