Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Alpharetta, GA — deliver personalised consultations and product expertise; pay $18–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and maintain deep product knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs through consultative selling and product merchandising.
  • Maintain store presentation: support inventory management, merchandising execution, and ensure a clean, organized environment.
  • Stay current on beauty trends and new product launches to provide timely, relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with a demonstrable ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative, goal-oriented team player.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
