Sephora seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor in El Ejido (Almería) to deliver personalised beauty advice and support store growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client consultations to recommend makeup, fragrance and skincare solutions that meet individual needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through active client engagement, product demonstrations, and by converting consultations into purchases while meeting store KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the brand portfolio and the Sephora Collection to advise clients confidently.
- Implement visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and stock levels meet store guidelines.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including POS transactions, inventory handling and participation in onboarding and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong customer-service orientation with proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty products and trends, with interest in makeup and skincare.
- Fluent English (spoken); additional languages considered an asset.
- Residence within the province of the vacancy and availability for part-time retail hours.

Entry-level retail experience required; at least 1 year working in the beauty or cosmetics sector with direct customer-facing responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, beauty therapy or related fields is a plus.
