Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s individual beauty needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, application techniques and ingredient knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and inspire repeat business.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support store standards through merchandising, inventory control and maintaining a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive team culture, adhering to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused setting is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
