Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, makeup, skincare and haircare to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through expert advising, product demonstrations and effective upselling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and communicate brand storytelling to customers.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations including POS transactions, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and inventory control.
- Participate in onboarding and training activities and contribute actively to local retail expansion projects and team initiatives.
- Uphold brand standards, visual guidelines and health & safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales or a related customer‑facing role.
- Residence in the province of the vacancy (Alicante) is required.
- Fluent spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Clear customer‑service vocation with demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage client interactions.
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, in a part‑time schedule.

Experience
At least 1 year of practical experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales or a comparable customer‑facing environment; experience with makeup application or product demonstrations is desirable.
