Sephora Marion, Adelaide seeks Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on temporary part-time basis, November 2026–January 2027, from AUD $36.33/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding individual customer needs across all beauty categories
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to drive customer discovery and satisfaction
- Build and nurture customer relationships, with particular emphasis on loyalty programme enrollment and engagement
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand technical expertise
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain department standards to reflect brand excellence
- Support team collaboration through seamless communication and shared ownership of store performance
- Maintain availability during peak trading periods including Thursday through Sunday, late-night shifts, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport
- Genuine passion for beauty products and trends
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Flexibility to work late-night and weekend shifts as required by trading calendar
