Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and expert consultation to customers across all beauty categories including makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance
- Share product knowledge, beauty trends, and innovations with customers
- Deliver targeted beauty services across all departments
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising according to brand standards
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and merchandise is sales-ready
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment both in storage and on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or gastronomy
- Demonstrated ability to consult with and support customers
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and current trends
- Fluent English or native language proficiency for the country
