Sephora in Aarau (Switzerland) seeks a Part‑time Beauty Advisor (70%, start May 2026) to advise customers across makeup, skincare, hair and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively advise and support customers across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance categories, delivering personalised consultations and short in‑store services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge and communicate recommendations to customers and colleagues.
- Ensure product presentation and merchandising comply with Visual Merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Keep the salesfloor fully stocked: prepare products for sale, manage shelf replenishment and maintain back‑of‑store inventory.
- Contribute to store performance through attentive customer service, clienteling and commercial behaviours.
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions and store operational tasks to support a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or demonstrable interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality.
- First experience in retail sales, customer advising or client service is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Solid knowledge of beauty trends and product categories across makeup, skincare, hair and fragrance.
- Fluent English and proficiency in the local language (German for Aarau) or equivalent native language skills.
- Availability to work a 70% part‑time schedule and to start in May 2026.
