Sephora Beauty Advisor, part-time (10–15 hrs/week) at Magasin Aalborg, Denmark. Retail, customer service, visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with product recommendations and skincare expertise across Sephora's curated 500-brand portfolio
- Maintain sales floor presentation in accordance with established visual merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels and ensure shelving is fully replenished and merchandise-ready
- Perform inventory counts and reconciliations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Clean and sanitize display furniture and products daily
- Support visual merchandising updates and seasonal display construction
- Track performance metrics including conversion rate, items per basket, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
