Sephora is hiring a Part‑time Beauty Advisor in Aachen, Germany — client‑facing retail role focused on beauty advice, merchandising and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, client‑focused beauty consultations to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket and average basket value.
- Perform short beauty services across departments and support beauty classes and client events.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintain impeccable on‑floor presentation.
- Manage stock replenishment and warehousing tasks to guarantee product availability on the sales floor.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions and participate in scheduled inventories.
- Support merchandising updates and promotional rollouts, and carry out additional daily operational duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred; comparable interest in beauty, cosmetics or fashion accepted for entry‑level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident advising clients on products and routines.
- Organised, reliable and collaborative with a positive, motivating demeanour.
- Ability to work on site in a fast‑paced retail environment and to handle cash/POS operations accurately.
- Fluent in English or the local language (German) to serve a diverse client base.

Experience
Entry‑level position; prior experience in retail, beauty advising or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates with a strong interest in beauty and customer service will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetics or retail is a plus.
