Sephora Lucerne — Part-time Beauty Advisor (30%) role starting 1 Aug 2026. Provide make-up, skincare and fragrance advice in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, personalised advice to clients across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance categories.
- Deliver short in-store beauty services and demonstrations to showcase products and techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge to inform customer recommendations and drive sales.
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are presentation-ready and fully stocked.
- Prepare merchandise for sale, replenish the sales floor and manage stock between backstore and shop floor.
- Ensure product availability by performing regular inventory checks and assisting with stock organisation.
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive client experience that fosters repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Adhere to store policies, hygiene standards and safety procedures during all customer interactions and product services.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality.
- Initial retail or client advisory experience preferred; aptitude for sales and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of beauty trends and product categories (makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance).
- Fluent English and/or native proficiency in the local language (German for Luzern) to interact with customers.
- Availability to work a 30% schedule and to start on 1 August 2026.

Education
